Our expert-led course is designed to provide you with the fundamental knowledge\, strategies\, and practical insights necessary to initiate and execute a successful employee performance management program. \n\nYou will gain a deep understanding of performance management tools\, goal setting\, feedback mechanisms\, and performance review techniques to drive excellence within your organization. \n\nJoin us and take the first step towards a more productive\, motivated\, and successful workforce. \n\nIn this course you will:\n\n 	Understand the purpose of performance management and how it adds value;\n 	Set clear expectations for employee performance;\n 	Identify and connect internal tools to leverage or complement performance management processes;\n 	Foster a culture of accountability;\n 	Apply effective written and verbal communication skills to performance management conversations;\n 	Complete an effective performance review; and\n 	Build structured goal-setting practices into regular performance management processes.\n\nThe course fee varies between $249 and $349 depending on the ticket type. \n\nThis course will take place on October 23 and 25\, 2024\, between 9 am – 12 pm (PDT\, Vancouver).
